Due to the digital cryptographic nature of single-use license keys, all sales are considered final upon key activation and delivery.

1. Technical Support Resolution

If your hardware experiences incompatibility that cannot be resolved by our 24/7 technical team within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive compensation in the form of replacement store credit or software substitution.

2. Downtime Compensation

If a game update renders software offline for updates, your active license subscription timer will be automatically frozen until the updated build goes live.
